For the requisite of the preparation of replacement single family houses in the Sisak-Moslavina County, the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb has prepared a catalog of houses that will replace those completely destroyed by the earthquake. The catalog of proposals was made by faculty teachers in accordance with legal guidelines. The publication provides an overview of the situation on the ground, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of certain types of construction, reviews the mandatory nZEB energy standard, describes spatial standards and presents the thoughts of architects gathered at the expert round table organized on January 8, 2021 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb.
